Q:  Can I use my cell phone?

A:  There is no Wi-Fi available and very limited service in the mountains.  We encourage and request all girls to go “device free” at camp.  Mostly because there is very limited service and it helps the girls be more independent.  Enjoy your friends at camp and experience the outdoors.  You may use your phone for plenty of pictures.

Q:  What's available in the camp store?

A:  We will have sweet and salty snacks, candy, water, Gatorade, chapstick, etc.

Q:  How do I join the Polar Bear Club?

A:  You can join by waking up early and swimming in the lake!  You are then moved to the front of the breakfast line.  Brrr.

Q:  What's for lunch and dinner?

A:  We have the best food at Supercamp!  Campers will not go hungry.  There is always a hot breakfast.  There are at least 2 options at each lunch and dinner.  Salad bar and fruit are served at every meal.  Gluten free options are available at every meal.

Q:  Can I bring snacks for my cabin?

A:  We do allow the girls to bring snacks; however, food will NOT be allowed in the cabins.  Any food that is an open container is an invitation for critters to visit their cabin.  Snacks are available for purchase at the camp store during designated times.

Q:  Can I drink the water?

A:  Yes, the water at camp is clean and safe to drink.  Water bottles can be filled at the outdoor taps near the cafeteria or the gym area.

Q:  Do I have to clean my cabin?

A:  Yes, there will be periodic checks to make sure the cabins aren’t a disaster zone.  Girls will also be assigned by cabin to help with meal cleanup on a rotating basis.  We try and make this as fun as possible, but everyone helps out at camp.

Q: What are the cancelation policies?

A:  Final Camp Payment must be postmarked or made online on camper account by May 18, 2025. If we do not receive your final payment by May 18, 2025, we may forfeit your spot to another camper.

We will refund all payments except the $100 deposit to campers who email us their request of cancelation and the reason given before or after May 1st, 2025.

No registration and camp fees are refundable within 14 days of camp. We will not give refunds to any camper who withdraws anytime after arriving. We do not give discounts to any camper who arrives late or departs early.

For cancellation due to injury, please attach a Doctor’s note to the cancellation email documenting the injury. We will give a full refund for any serious injury that will not allow the camper to participate in camp or any of the activities.

Q: When can I drop off my daughter(s)?

A:  Drop off is on Sunday May 26th between 2-5pm.  Please allow ample time to get to camp.  It is a slow drive through the woods.  We will have signs marked on the way towards camp.

Q: What time can I pick my daughter up?

A:  Pick up is on Saturday June 1st at 8am sharp!  The girls will be up bright and early to clean their cabins, pack their belongings, and have a special breakfast outside!

Q: What Level do I have to be to attend AZ Supercamp?

A: We offer AZ Supercamp to competitive NGA Levels 1-10, USAG Level 2-10, and USAG Xcel Bronze-Sapphire.
